Rotoplas successfully issues first Sustainability Bond of Latin America

Grupo Rotoplas, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AGUA) (“Rotoplas” or the “Company”), the leading provider of individual and integrated water solutions in the Americas, announces the successful issuance of the first Sustainable Bond in Latin America for a total amount of $2.0 billion Mexican pesos, which book was oversubscribed 3.76 times.
