For the first time in Colombia, Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN), issued sustainability bonds.

FDN successfully brought to market the debut sustainability bonds in an amount of $131,350 million pesos. The proceeds will be used to finance buses for the Transmilenio phases I and II. Issuance complies with the Sustainability Bond Guidelines (SBG) developed by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).
