OECD, GIZ, ABDE and IDB are co-organizing this event to launch a new OECD Development Co-operation Working Paper ‘The role of domestic DFIs in using blended finance for sustainable development and climate action’ that explores the use of and challenges to blended finance within Brazil’s national system of development finance. The event will also draw on key messages from the IDB’s work, including ‘Build or renovate? The decision to establish a new Green Bank, or “green” an existing National
