Business Management of Social Impacts (2016)

SUMMARY: This publication responds to a challenge: to bring to the corporate environment an in-depth discussion of the practices of assessing the social impact of businesses, in face of the strategic needs of companies. It is a joint initiative of CEBDS and the participants of its Social impact with content based on the experience and knowledge of these protagonists, who are part of a very diversified group of companies. The specificities of each were outlined through five practical workshops focused on their respective sectors of activity. In these meetings, professionals of socio-environmental responsibility and sustainability of more than 40 large companies showed what has been done to follow the social consequences of their operations.
